The Financial Times and Statista’s Europe’s Best Employers 2026 ranking highlights 1,000 companies based on extensive employee feedback, capturing perceptions of workplace quality, compensation, development opportunities, and corporate reputation. Nearly 15,000 Europe-based businesses were preassessed, which means that making the cut is a decent achievement in the competitive employer landscape.

A Ranking Driven by Employee Voice

The methodology behind the ranking is based on a large-scale, multi-source employee survey. More than 6 million evaluations were collected from workers across Europe using a combination of open online surveys, targeted telephone interviews, and access panels. Respondents assessed both their own employer and other organizations within their industry. The scoring model combines two main components: personal evaluations (65%), which measure employees’ willingness to recommend their own employer on a 0–10 scale, and public evaluations (35%), which reflect how companies are viewed by external professionals, peers, and networks. These responses are standardized into a 0–100 score, aggregated across countries, and weighted to prioritize more recent data while also incorporating results from the previous year to improve stability and reduce volatility.

To be included in the ranking, employers needed to meet specific eligibility criteria ensuring comparability and relevance. Companies were required to have at least 500 employees in Europe and demonstrate a meaningful international presence across multiple European countries, through offices or recruitment activity. Additionally, each company needed to receive a minimum of 50 evaluations: both internal employee feedback and external industry perceptions. The study primarily focused on private-sector organizations. Ultimately, only employers that met these thresholds and achieved sufficiently strong recommendation scores were included in the final list of 1,000 companies.

What Andersen’s Ranking Suggests

Employees were asked to evaluate their current employer based on several core factors, including working conditions, salary, career development opportunities, and overall company image. The most important input was a direct question about whether they would recommend their employer to friends or family, scored on a scale from 0 to 10. This captures overall satisfaction and acts as a proxy for employee loyalty and engagement. In addition, respondents assessed other employers in their industry, indicating whether they would recommend or advise against them, reflecting broader market perception.

For Andersen specifically, its inclusion in the ranking indicates that employees and industry peers gave predominantly positive feedback across these dimensions. This, in turn, reflects Andersen’s high employee satisfaction rate and good reputation in the IT labor market.

As an employer, Andersen offers the following benefits:

  • Cooperation with such large, world-famous companies, projects that are worth adding to employee CVs;

  • Sustainable company growth (by 60–100%), offices across Europe (over 20 branches as of 2026) with the relocation possibility;

  • Presence in the software development market since 2007, solid reputation around the world, international teams;

  • Mentoring and adaptation systems for new employees, transparent performance review and assessment systems, personal development plans for employees’ growth;

  • Access to the best educational platforms, seminars, and practices, a huge internal knowledge base;

  • Stable and competitive salaries and an extensive benefit package.

To wrap up

Andersen’s inclusion in the FT and Statista ranking underscores its relevance and competitiveness within the IT sector. In a ranking dominated by global industrial and technology leaders, Andersen’s position reflects a solid foundation and a clear opportunity to further strengthen its standing as an employer of choice in Europe.
