Investigate existing architecture of IT infrastructure and document it. Implement regular processes of monitoring, update, cleanup, backup and recovery, optimization, performance improvement. Develop disaster recovery plans and perform their testing. Agree working scheme with the onsite employee who can assist locally when needed. Set up automatic reporting on the monitoring system.
